Business and Family Law Mediation
Melanie Morgan recieved her basic mediation training in 2002 and her family law mediation training in 2009. In 2010 she achieved the status of Credentialed Mediator through the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association. She is a member of the Texas Association of Mediators. She conducts volunteer mediations for low-income parties through Dispute Mediation Services in Dallas and the SMU Dispute Resolution Center in Plano.
Mediations may be conducted at our office in historic downtown McKinney, or at any location convenient to the parties and attorneys.
Business and Commercial Medation: Melanie Morgan is an experienced former litigator, in-house corporate attorney, and employment and human resources law specialist. As counsel to some of the country's largest consumer products, restaurant and retail companies, she participated in numerous mediations on behalf of her clients. These matters included personal injury, employment, and commercial matters. She was also involved in negotiations of countless agreements and transactions on behalf of her corporate clients. .
Family Law Mediation: Melanie Morgan has successfully mediated numerous family law matters. She has the ability to win the trust and cooperation of both clients and attorneys, and to encourage them to focus on a resolution that benefits all parties.
