Attorney Melanie K. Morgan has been practicing law in Texas since 1987. She has prior experience as a commmercial litigator, as an in-house corporate attorney concentrating in litigation management and employment law, and as a corporate trainer. She opened her own family law and mediation practice in 2009. In 2010, she achieved the status of "Credentialed Mediator" from the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association, was named to the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas for her extensive volunteer work, and was accepted to the State Bar College for her high level of continuing legal education. She serves her community as a board member of Holy Family School in McKinney, as a volunteer judge for the Collin County Mock Trial competition, and as a volunteer attorney through Legal Aid of Northwest Texas. She received both her undergraduate and law degrees from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Legal Assistant Colleen McGrail is an experienced family law professional. She recieved both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Arkansas, and is currently studying to take the Texas Bar Exam.
